Shipping Rates and Information for KidsEat Donuts

KidsEat Donuts are very popular!! 

Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.  The earlier you place your order, the better we will be able to guarantee your delivery. 

All of our shipments are through Purolator Expedited service to ensure the absolute freshest donuts arrive at their final destination.

We ship across Canada from Kidproof/KidsEat Headquarters in Beautiful British Columbia.  You can expect deliveries to take from 2 - 3 business days to other Provinces and Territories.   Major centers might be quicker than out lying areas. 

We do not add handling fees.  You pay exactly what Purolator charges us.

Undeliverable Packages:

Due to the perishable nature of donuts,  we cannot be responsible for deliveries when no one is available to sign for the package. Although Purolator will leave a call tag on the door it is up to the receiver to contact the driver for re-scheduling a delivery. The driver will make more than one attempt to deliver. If they are not contacted the donuts are thrown away and you will still be charged.

Please consider the day and time the package will be delivered and assure the recipient will be available. Purolator will not guarantee a time of day but makes all deliveries between 9 am and 5 pm. We will process your order within 24 hours and all donut deliveries go overnight to most cities.  

Track your package: 

You will receive a Purolator Tracking Number on your invoice.  Visit http://www.purolator.ca/ and enter the tracking number in the top right hand corner of the Purolator web site.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Orders are filled and shipped on a first come, first served basis. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement . During the busy holiday season we strive to ship within 24 to 72 hours. Please allow more lead-time for large multiple orders. 

Please note the days for delivery are business days and do not include Fridays, weekends or Statutory Holidays in Canada. We do not ship out on Friday's so your donuts do not sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
